Clubs and Sports

High school sports provide opportunities for educating students in physical fitness, character development, and teamwork skills. The iSchool is a member of the Public School Athletic League (PSAL) and fields teams in cooperation with Chelsea High School.  We offer cross country, basketball, indoor track, softball, handball, bowling, and baseball teams. The iSchool athletic program draws participants from all grade levels.  We are proud of our student-athletes!

iSchool clubs are student-driven and clubs can change from year to year. For the 2024-2025 school year we had an Anime Club, Asian Student Union Club, Between the Lines Book Club, Black Student Union, Chess Club, Creative Writing Club, Debate Club, Drawing Club, Dungeons and Dragons Club, Ethics Club, Film Club, Gardening Club, Green Team, Gender Sexuality Alliance, Helping Hands Club, GlamourGals Club, Green Team, iCare Club, iSLA (iSchool Students Latino Association), Jewish Student Union Club, Linguistics Club, Listening Club, Magazine Design Club, Math Beyond Formulas Club, Medical Club, Model UN, Muslim Student Association Club, Science Olympiad Club, Sewing Club, The iNews Club, Theater Club, Trivia Club, True Crime Club, Volleyball Club.

Our literary magazine, theater program, and jazz band all take place during the school day as courses.
